GEOFF BLACKSTONE

FRICS, Director

Following an early career with two leading Jersey estate agencies, Geoffrey qualified as a Chartered Surveyor from Southampton Institute of Higher Education in 1995. He joined Geoffrey Wills Associates that year.

MATTHEW NORRIS

BSc (Hons), MRICS, Director

Matt joined Wills Associates as a trainee in 2007, having worked previously with property management companies. He qualified as MRICS in 2011 and joined the Board on 1st January 2017.

MARK WHITSON

MA, MRICS, Director

Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008. Leaving CBRE London as a Director, he joined Wills Associates in early 2019 to build up their commercial business.

CLARE RICHMOND

BSc (Hons), MRICS, MCIOB Chartered Surveyor

Clare is an experienced Chartered Surveyor based in Jersey. Born and educated locally, she has built an extensive career in the construction and property sectors. Clare has held key roles within the Jersey Government’s housing department, local building firms, and surveying practices, where she honed her technical skills and industry knowledge.

A graduate of Reading University with a degree in Building Surveying, Clare has continually advanced her professional qualifications, earning chartered status with both The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Her extensive expertise spans residential, commercial, and public-sector projects, offering clients a deep understanding of building renovations, project management, and defect diagnosis.

With a passion for delivering innovative solutions and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards, Clare brings a wealth of experience to every project. Her professional approach combines technical proficiency with practical insights, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients, whether for property assessments, project management.

JANE MATON

Office Manager

Born and educated in Liverpool, Jane relocated to Jersey in the summer of 2000, where she began her career at The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa. In 2005, Jane transitioned into the dynamic world of intellectual property (IP), taking on a leadership role overseeing Business Support. Her career path later led her to a Family Office, where she further developed her expertise in corporate strategy and management. In March 2024, Jane joined Wills, bringing her wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to the firm.

Outside of work, Jane is an active volunteer with Beresford Street Kitchen, a role she finds incredibly rewarding. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, gardening, and making memories with friends and the little ones in her life (children).
